CHAPTER MEETING   back to top
The LaSalle Chapter meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month (there are no meetings in March and October when the Local #6 semi-annual meetings are held).  The meetings start at 7:00 pm and are held at the Hampton Inn located at 4115 Holiday Drive in Ottawa.

REMINDER!!  It is the member's responsibility to know what Chapter and Local he/she is working in and request a RECIPROCITY FORM from the local's main office (answering machines are always on) or your respective Field Rep.  A reciprocity form gives permission for other Chapters / Locals to send your benefits to your home funds.  Just because you are working within Local #6, do not assume your benefits are being paid into your home fund.  Your prompt attention to these matters will help with the timeliness of your benefits being returned to your home funds.  Prompt attention will allow your benefits to stay current rather than having to make self-payments or possibly losing your coverage.  For your convenience, each Chapter's jurisdiction is listed on that Chapter's page.
